Our 30-Day Guarantee

We want you (and your pup!) to love your purchase.
If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, if applicable.

Items that are damaged, worn, or altered may not be eligible for a full refund.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at greenpupsupply@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo (if the item arrived damaged)

We’ll provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a mistake on our part (wrong item, damaged product), we’ll cover return shipping.

  • If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (changed mind, wrong size ordered, etc.), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you via email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a different size, color, or style?
We’re happy to help!
Just contact us and we’ll guide you through an easy exchange process.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Gift cards

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/customized products (unless damaged or defective)
